Job Summary
• Computer Skills: Sheet metal workers by using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and building information modeling (BIM) software by drawing and sketches .
• Dexterity/: Should be able to understand / grasp the exact need / demand of the client and drag that into paper .
• Strength: Extra Smart / Upto the date knowledge about the software to furbish the client exact need .
Sheet metal experience is a plus .
• AutoCAD experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
• Create SolidWorks models / assemblies / drawings from hand sketches
• Create CNC files from SolidWorks
• Able to do 2 D /3D modeling using Autocad – “Inventor” or Solidworks
• Working in sheet metal design
• Hands-on mechanical prototyping is a plus point.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Record Control- Log Book Issuance and Retrieval: Maintaining Quality record – issuance of
logbooks, formats, Batch Manufacturing Record, and all other controlled documents as per
requirement.
2. Control Sample record maintenance and QC lot verification
3. BMR Issuance and Batch Record Maintenance.
4. IPQA- Line Clearance, In-process Checks, Environmental Monitoring, In-Process Quality
checks in all departments and every stage of manufacturing process.
5. Calibration and Qualification of Engineering, Production and QC equipment.
6. Process Validation as per schedule. Equipment Qualification, Process of all machines in
manufacturing department.
7. Training /Testing Record Maintenance.
8. Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI).
9. Preparation of Batch Release check list
10. Initiation and coordination of NC, Deviation, CAPA, Change control and record maintenance.
11. Preparation of audit reports and compliance reports.
12. Customer Complaint handling and Investigation.

Frontend:
