RESPONSIBILITIES
1. GeM- Tender Filling, Brand Approval, Vendor Management, OEM Management, Vendor Assessment,
Product Publishing.
2. Tender Work – Searching & filing state tenders, filling global tender and inquiring in other countries.
3. Responsible for drafting and sending out representation letters for queries and clarification to the
procuring/indenting entity
4. Responsible for end-to-end documentation related to pre and post TENDER requirements.
5. Market Intelligence – Calling customers and collecting market intelligence & Post Market
Surveillance (PMS) data under the guidance of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs teams.
6. Consumer Delight – Handling automated customer support via tech tools and getting complaint
tickets closed by plant under the guidance of Regulatory Affairs.
7. Secondary Research – Good with google search. Experience with running automated/mass
communications across various platforms, such as, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Who have done Senior residency or experience holder.To audit prescriptions to ensure rational use of drugs. If there is any variance from these, inform the prescribing Dr, document and make appropriate interventions.
To audit medical and medication history, check medication errors including prescription, transcription, dispensing and administration errors, identify drug interactions, monitor contraindications.
To review the dosing especially of customers enrolled in the Medication Adherence Integrated Program.
Monitor whether the patient is getting the appropriate dose according to the lab values in medical reports.
To monitor the adherence of medications prescribed and in case of non adherence inform the customer/family
