Key Responsibilities
Incumbent would be responsible for end to end HR strategy deployment / facilitation for
relevant functions.
Drive and deploy HR procedures, policies and processes across assigned functions.
Provide HR support to achieve business unit objectives.
Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
Execute reward & recognition strategy within assigned functions.
Conduct assessments, respond to employee feedback and execute employee engagement.
Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop
staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
Ensure the effective deployment of organizational values and play appropriate role in
building positive culture.
Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of HR Operations.
Building up strategy for identifying key resource for recruitment and identifying key talent
within the organization
Strategy
Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting
system
Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy
planning
Requirements
Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier
2 institute.
Past experience of working with retail brands.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

• Excellent English and Hindi communications and interpersonal skills

• Prepare the job descriptions, post jobs on various job boards, and hire the right talent for various job openings.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing (telephonic, virtual, face-to-face), performing background verification, handling offer letter generation and candidate rejection.
• Coordinate with managers and the management regarding updates on the interviews.
• Maintain a good rapport with consultancies to source candidates of the best quality.
• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain a database of employees and update it regularly.
• Responsible for monitoring the entire performance management system.
• Responsible for end-to-end review of all employees.
• Responsible for sharing the reviews to employees and conducting one on one sessions.
• Collect and gather manager feedback and conduct feedback sessions for managers as and when required.
• Maintain a database of all feedback received from managers for the employees.
• Handle employee complaints, and grievances and provide solutions from time to time.
• Constantly review and update the employee policies and guidelines, as and when required.
• Identify and schedule learning and development sessions for all the teams well in advance based on the current market requirements and ensure that the sessions are conducted smoothly.
• Curate topics for the Learning and Development program inside the company.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities for the employees.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain positivity at all times and ensure that employees are happy with the culture of the organization.
• Maintain a great bond with all employees always.
