Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM & Tech Ops Executive with foundational knowledge in databases, hosting panels, and basic programming. The role prioritizes managing IndiaMart and website inquiries, maintaining web hosting environments, providing basic PHP/MySQL support, and assisting in website development and data analysis. Ideal for a Diploma holder or BCA graduate with strong task ownership and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized Order)
1. Database & Hosting Operations
• Basic handling of MySQL databases, including simple queries, updates, and backups.
• Manage web hosting panels such as OVI Panel, cPanel, and PHPMyAdmin.
• Monitor hosting performance, domain settings, SSL, and server-level configurations.
2. Basic Programming Support
• Assist with simple PHP code changes, error fixes, and small updates.
• Coordinate with senior developers for more complex requirements.
3. Lead Management & Online Inquiry Handling
• Manage IndiaMart inquiries, catalog updates, lead responses, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries from company website, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales for lead
conversion.
4. Website Development & Content Updates
• Assist in website development, content edits, page updates, product listings, and structural
improvements.
• Ensure site information, images, and product data are always updated.
5. Basic Data Analysis
• Prepare inquiry and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analyse data trends for IndiaMart and website performance metrics.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics, or BCA graduate.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic working knowledge of:
– MySQL
– Web hosting panels (OVI Panel / cPanel)
– PHPMyAdmin
– PHP fundamentals
• Familiarity with website development or basic HTML/PHP structure.
• Experience managing IndiaMart or similar B2B portals.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong task ownership, ability to learn fast, and willingness to handle multi-disciplinary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prospecting – Developing a list of target interiors designers and architects
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking in fraternity with other bdms and pmcs
• Developing end client data from similar industry bdm tie-ups like tiles, marble, cp sanitary fittings etc.
• Cold calling & visiting architect and designer offices to get an appointment with the principal architect
• Present brand offering, products and services
• Arranging in store events with architects, interior designers and their teams.
• Collecting data on the projects at hand and pitching for the same
• Arranging showroom and factory visits of principal architects and designers with their teams
• Strong and timely follow up with prospects until project enquiry generated & aggressive approach for project closing
• Engaging existing customer base with latest projects and company news
• Represent organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations
• Taking architect/customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
• Coordinating photoshoot of the site post completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Technical Management

• Complete responsibility for end-to-end execu%on of the bungalow project.
• Supervise and execute works including:
• Brickwork & block masonry
• Internal & external plaster
• False ceiling (gypsum / POP / designer ceilings)
• Flooring (Cles, marble, granite, wooden, etc.)
• Electrical works (conduits, wiring, fixtures, panels)
• Plumbing & sanitary works
• Waterproofing, finishing & miscellaneous works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifica%ons, and
quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues at site and coordinate design clarificaCons when
required.

2. Contractor & Vendor Coordination
• Plan and coordinate acCviCes of mul%ple contractors and vendors working
simultaneously.
• Prepare daily work plans and align manpower accordingly.
• Monitor contractor producCvity, workmanship, and adherence to Cmelines.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure Cmely availability at site.
3. Planning, Scheduling & Control
• Prepare and track work schedules / bar charts.
• Ensure Cmely compleCon of milestones.
• IdenCfy risks, delays, or conflicts in advance and take correcCve acCons.
• Maintain site discipline, safety, and proper housekeeping.

4. Client Communication & Reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact at site for the client.
• Prepare weekly progress reports including:
• Work completed
• Work planned for next week
• Site photographs
• Issues / decisions required from client
• Clearly explain progress, constraints, and technical aspects to clients in a
professional manner.
• Support client visits and walkthroughs at site.

5. Documentation & Records
• Maintain site records such as:
• Daily work progress
• Material consumpCon
• Drawings and revisions
• Measurement books
• Ensure all works are properly recorded for billing and future reference.

• Strong hands-on experience in bungalow / villa / high-end residen%al
projects
• Excellent organiza%onal and coordina%on skills
• Ability to handle mul%ple trades and contractors simultaneously
• Good communicaCon skills – verbal, wriXen, and reporCng
• Proficient in preparing weekly reports and progress updates
• Problem-solving mindset with aXenCon to detail
• Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and quality checks

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 5–7 years of relevant site execuCon experience in High Quality ResidenCal
projects
• Experience in luxury or large bungalow projects will be an added advantage
