Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Cost Analysis and Optimization:
Estimate project costs, identify cost-saving measures, and ensure designs are economically viable.

Prototype and Testing:
Build and test prototypes to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.

Technical Documentation:
Create detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation for the designed systems.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work with project managers, customers, and other engineering teams to ensure designs meet requirements and objectives.

Compliance:
Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

Design Software Proficiency:
Must have knowledge of panel costing and building/wiring and drawing GA (DRIVE PANEL, MCC PANEL, PCC PANEL, PLC CONTROL PANEL, POWER PANEL.

Cost Estimation and Analysis:
Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with automation components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors, etc.) and industrial automation systems.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Job Summary
The Automation Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects by coordinating activities across engineering, operations, sales and vendors. This role ensures timelines, resources, documentation, and communication are aligned to successfully implement automation solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate end-to-end automation project activities, from initiation to
deployment
2. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
3. Support project managers and automation engineers with planning and
execution
4. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (engineering,
operations, vendors etc.)
5. Maintain project documentation, report, and change logs
6. Monitor progress and escalate issues or delays as needed
7. Assist with requirement gathering, testing coordination, and user acceptance
activities
8. Support vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and contract
documentation
9. Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety, and quality requirements
10. Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Must be from Industrial automation background.
2. Education: B-Tech / Diploma in electronics / Instrumentation / Electricals
3. 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or automation-related projects
4. Understanding of industrial automation systems & process
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills
6. Proficiency in project management tools & excellent management skills
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Experience with automation platforms (e.g., PLC/SCADA, HMI, VFD, DRIVES
Etc.)

Job Description
Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized preferably Female HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting for various departments.
Onboarding & Induction: Design and lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
Payroll & Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws).
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, bridging gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and monitor the annual appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) and provide training recommendations.
Policy Development: Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Office Administration: Supervise day-to-day office operations and coordinate with vendors if required.

Required Skills & Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English/Regional language skills.
