HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recognizing the company’s manpower needs and planning
recruitment.
2. Creating job descriptions and managing job postings across
platforms.
3. Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling
interviews.
4. Managing employee onboarding, training, and development
programs.
5. Updating HR policies to align with new labor laws and
trends.
6. Monitoring employees' performance and handling
performance reviews.
7. Ensuring a healthy work environment by implementing
employee well-being programs.
8. Using AI-driven tools to automate HR tasks and improve
hiring efficiency.
9. Handling payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks.
10. Listening to employee concerns and ensuring workplace
Safety.
11.Managing remote and hybrid employees using digital tools.
Executive HR Requirements:
1. MBA or PGDBM degree in Human Resource Management
or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR executive or in a similar HR
role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment
regulations.
4. Experience with HR software, AI tools, and applicant
tracking systems.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
6. Ability to work with data and analytics for decision-making.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of poultry farming equipment across the
assigned territory. The role involves dealer development, farmer engagement, channel management, and
achieving revenue targets while strengthening the company’s presence in the poultry industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for poultry equipment
Promote and sell products such as feeders, drinkers, cages, climate control systems, and automation
equipment
Identify new business opportunities with poultry farmers, integrators, and commercial farms
Channel & Dealer Management
Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers/distributors in the assigned area
Ensure proper stock availability and visibility at dealer points
Conduct dealer meetings, product training, and promotional activities
Market Development
Develop new markets and expand customer base in rural and semi-urban areas
Conduct farm visits and product demonstrations
Participate in poultry exhibitions, trade fairs, and farmer meets
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with farmers, consultants, and integrators
Handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Coordinate with service and installation teams for customer satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence
Track competitor activities and pricing trends
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of poultry farming practices and equipment
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Dealer and relationship management capability
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Agriculture / Veterinary preferred)
