ROLE – Business Development Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identifying Business Opportunities:
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
o Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs.
2. Building Relationships:
o Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Network at industry events and conferences to promote the company.
3. Client Meetings and Presentations:
o Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
o Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch products or services.
4. CRM Management:
o Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions with clients.
o Update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
o Analyse CRM data to improve client engagement and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
o Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Day-to-Day Activities
• Regularly meeting with clients, both in person and virtually, to discuss their needs, provide updates, and negotiate deals.
• Logging client interactions, updating client profiles, and analysing CRM data to track progress and strategize future actions.
• Continuously researching the market to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with potential clients and partners.
Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A strong focus on meeting the needs and expectations of clients.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team specializing in corporate office interior design. The ideal candidate
will have a passion for creating innovative and functional office spaces that reflect our clients’ brand and culture. This role involves collaborating with
clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality interior environments that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design solutions for corporate office projects, ensuring they meet the
client’s vision, goals, and budget.
•Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Translate these insights into design concepts that align
with their brand identity and operational requirements.
•Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that optimize the use of space while adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and
accessibility standards.
•Material and Finishes Selection: Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that complement the overall design concept
and meet the client’s functional needs.
•Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure that all documentation is accurate,
complete, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
•Project Management: Coordinate with Site team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and on-budget completion of projects. Monitor
progress, address issues, and implement solutions as needed.
•Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, engineers, and other architects to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.
•Quality Control: Conduct site visits to review construction progress, ensure design intent is being met, and provide solutions to any on-site challenges.
•Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, clearly communicating design concepts, progress updates, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
•Minimum 5 4-6years of experience in corporate office interior design or a related field.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
•Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.
