Key Responsibilities
• Helping CEO in Product Development Plan: You will help the CEO, for ongoing product
development plan and driving the product engineering function. This may involve research,
understanding implicit/explicit expectations from the clients, aligning with the
organization’s vision & goals and R&D to support the product development. Execution of
the product roadmap, keeping track of and amending the development plan to respond
to ongoing changes is an important aspect of managing the roadmap.
• Driving product excellence: You will ensure that product is bench marked as one of the
top 3 globally, delivered on time, and within budget. You will be accountable for setting
clear expectations, managing risks, and resolving roadblocks.
• Leading and motivating a team of talented engineers: You will build a strong and
cohesive engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous
learning. You will be a coach and mentor, providing guidance and support to help your
team members reach their full potential.
• Establishing and maintaining best practices: You will define and implement best
practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing
procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to these practices.
• Technical Expertise: You will possess deep technical skills and a strong understanding of
software development principles. You will be able to stay up-to-date on the latest
technologies and trends. You will be able scale horizontally on various tools and
technologies depending upon business requirement.
• Platform Stability and Scalability: You will be responsible for stabilizing our development
process, ensuring on-time customer deliveries, and scaling our platform to accommodate
our growing B2B user base, new features, and third-party integrations.
• Agile Mindset: You will be an advocate for agile methodologies and work closely with
other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
• Hands-on Leadership: You will be a leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. You
will be able to lead by example and provide technical guidance to your team. When
required, you should be able to also be an individual contributor (especially in tech, thought
leadership on product engineering, technology scalability).

Key Qualifications
Experience:
• Experience in software product development in a leading product-focused company or
significant experience in a leading _ reputed IT services company at technology leadership
level is a must.
• Experience in a software engineeringleadership role – 15-20 years of experience including
roles of Tech Arch with execution responsibilities and/or VPEngineering
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineeringteams
• Experience in a product company through it’s journey to raise series A/B funding
Education:
• B.E/B. Tech. from globally reputed Institutions.
Skills:
• Deep technical skills in Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining highly
available and highly scalable systems on cloud
• Experience in database modelling and development, data mining and warehousing
• Experience in modern technology stack (React, node, Redis, Kubernetes etc.)
• Experience on IoT/related systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their application in the maritime
industry.
• Experience in scaling and maintaining a B2B platform
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Extensive experience in architecting, solutioning, and deploying scalable, secure,
enterprise-grade platforms utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, and NLP
technologies.

As a Technician in Engineering & Maintenance, your role is to provide technical support and assistance in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various equipment and systems within an engineering or manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role :
Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems. This may include mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis : Identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions in equipment or systems. Use diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical expertise to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
Repair and Replacement : Repair or replace faulty components or parts in machinery or systems. Follow proper procedures for disassembly, reassembly, and calibration of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Preventive Maintenance : Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, and calibration of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory management. Document repairs, modifications, and adjustments made to equipment. Provide reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance as required.
Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Follow relevant industry standards and regulations, such as lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety guidelines.
Equipment Testing and Calibration : Conduct testing and calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Use specialized tools and instruments to measure performance parameters and adjust equipment settings as needed.
