Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage site execution activities for our ongoing township development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate construction projects, with the ability to manage site teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely completion of works as per standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all on-site civil works, including layout, excavation, foundation, structural works, etc.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor daily progress, maintain quality control, and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
Handle site inspections, approvals, and work certifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Report progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager/Head Office when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in township or residential/commercial project development.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and project scheduling.
Proficient in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work full-time at the project site.
