2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

POSITION: STORE Executive -SMF BUSINESS (HYDERABAD)
1. Monitoring and coordinating for timely dispatch of material to the parties.
2. Management of stocks & inter-branch movement for ensuring zero stock-out position
3. To monitor Inventory control along with maintaining daily incoming & outgoing materials.
4. Monitor or Control in-house rejection or Scrap inventory and coordinate with After Sales
Team.
5. Logistics of inward material and also to arrange transportation for outgoing material
6. Responsible for receiving material and bills through courier services.
7. Make MIS report of daily/monthly RGP, Job work & Inventory opening & closing stock &
reconciliation of materials.
8. Maintain & Ensure FIFO, 5S, Kaizen Poka-Yoke & proper storage in own area.

Responsibilities
• Hands on experience in IT support for Labware LIMS (Incident management, problem management, troubleshooting , customization/enhancements/Configuration update)
• Provide level 3 production support as needed
• Hands on with Labware version 6 and above.
• Review and Assessment of risk as well as work with QA to ensure accuracy and timeliness for change management
• Transform business requirements into detailed designs that can be implemented
• Manage, direct, and review design and deliverables of developers throughout the software development phase
• Manage on-time completion of controlled documents (Calc protocols, Stored Queries, UATs etc.)
• Monitoring deviations and IT CAPAs initiation, action processing, root cause analysis
• Hands on developing Labware scripts for requirement in hands
• Knowledge of windows or linux OS operating knowledge
• Troubleshooting Labware scripts and DB queries.
• Basic SQL and Basic Database knowledge
• Ensure the content of all documentation and training material is technically correct
• Participate/lead internal team meetings as well as with the business
• Identify and implement process improvements for the team
• Coordinate with LIMS Support and LIMS Administration to set priorities for problem resolution
• Support site LIMS team during internal and regulatory GMP system audits
