We are looking for a Senior EngineerQuality. You will be
responsible for running our product quality control process and assurance operations
efficiently. If you are an experienced qualityengineerand proficient in performing this role,
we would like you to join our team.
Job Description
Qualifications: –
1. B. Tech in Electric Engineering.
2. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related discipline with relevant experience in
quality assurance and quality control of lithium-ion batteries.
Responsibilities: –
1. Well experiences of Quality tools, process flow diagram, SOP, WI, CAPA, 8D, 7
Quality tools & related calibrations of machines.
2. Having good knowledge of raw material inspection of BOM parts of EV lithium-ion
battery (Lithium-Ion Cell, PCBA& Insulating tape etc.) as per drawing & QSI.
3. Responsible for incoming material online PASS rate and Responsible for Incoming
Quality weekly PPT and LAR monitoring.
4. Responsible for customer audit & internal audit of IQC.
5. Kaizen implementation and 6S maintain in Quality area.
6. Responsible for rejection handling which happen due to RM at production line.
Responsible for new product trail and final report.
7. Responsible for documentation of New and existing model (i.e SOP,QSI ,Check sheets
and Work instructions of equipment’s)
8. Responsible for investigating root cause analysis of problem and take corrective
action for In-Process & Incoming Quality Problems.
9. Responsible for New product development testing and reports with proper tracking.
Supplier 8’D, VCAR and CAPA validation. Responsible for Incoming Quality weekly
PPT and LAR monitoring.
10. Line rejection validation and improvement.
