Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Development:
Define and execute the product roadmap, from ideation through launch.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
competitive landscape.
Disinfectant Solutions Powered by Microbiology
Develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and positioning for new
products.
Work with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative,
effective disinfectant products.
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and
certifications.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and operations teams
to ensure alignment on product objectives and deliverables.
Communicate product benefits and key features to internal teams, sales, and
customers.
Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they can effectively
promote and sell the product.
3. Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development,
launch, and post-launch analysis.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-
driven decisions to refine and improve products.
Manage the product portfolio, ensuring the company’s products meet market
demands while maintaining profitability.
4. Customer & Market Insights:
Gather insights from customers, end-users, and stakeholders to inform
product development and improvements.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, emerging trends, and
market challenges related to sanitation and disinfectant solutions.
Analyse sales data, feedback, and market conditions to adjust product
strategies accordingly.
5. Innovation & Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date on new technologies, regulatory changes, and industry
innovations related to disinfectants and cleaning solutions.
Proactively identify new product opportunities and recommend areas for
product line expansion or enhancement.4. Candidate Profile:
Experience:-
o Minimum 02 Years of Experience in Disinfectant Products
Disinfectant Solutions Powered by Microbiology
Educational Qualifications:-
Bachelor & degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
(Master & preferred).
Required Skills :-
o Strong understanding of product development, market research, and
lifecycle management.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-
functional teams.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
o Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., EPA,
OSHA, FDA).
o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.

● To be part of technical clarifications and meetings with customers and vendors/suppliers.
● Work closely together with the sales team, sales manager and other sales and marketing related functions in a team.
● Payment follow-ups and collection for assigned areas.
