Designation – Sales Manager
Experience – 1 – 5 Years
Salary – 40k – 50k PMLocation – Jaipur
Qualification – GraduationResponsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth in the overseas education sector,specifically targeting B2B agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B agents, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and onboard new B2B agents in the target market, expanding the network and increasing sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events targeting B2B agents.
Conductregularmarketresearch and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts,reports, and analysisto the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to B2B agents and their clients.
Stay updated with changes in international education policies, visa regulations, and other relevant industry updates, and communicate these changes to B2B agents.
Train and educate B2B agents on the services, processes, and benefits of partnering with our organization.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking eventsto represent the company and expand the network of B2B agents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A master’s degree would be a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the overseas education industry or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with B2B clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively.
Strong knowledge of the overseas education domain, including universities, courses, admission processes, and visa regulations.
Ability to work independently,manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with B2B agents and attend industry events.
Proficiency in using CRM systems,sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

strategy.
9. To be part of technical clarifications and meetings with customers and vendors/suppliers.
10. Work closely together with the sales manager and other sales and marketing-related functions in
the team.
11. Select the best choice of product to fit the customer's needs and value in the best way.
12. Payment follow-ups and collection for assigned areas.
