Job Description:
1. Ensure the vehicle passes each stage without any error/miss
2. Train all the car jockey about the driving and parking standards.
3. Evaluate the car jockeys on their skills and train to achieve max performance.
4. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates these objectives
with other managers.
5. Develop and implement quality control programs to improve efficiency of the daily
operations
6. Ensure that the requirements are assessed, and service provided adheres to the strict quality parameters as prescribed by the organisation or the OEM
7. Evaluate and recommend the use of reconditioned aggregate, new part or repair an
existing part needs to be done as per the OEM guidelines
8. Plan the periodic inspections to monitor the overall quality levels of various systems and processes with close coordination with stakeholders.
9. Plan, monitor and evaluate and upgrade the quality inspectors.
10. Monitors training levels of technicians and communicates concerns to shop foreman.
11. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to quality and reliability.
Supports technical training effort through one-on-one and group sessions.
12. Inspects all repair orders and ensures that they include complete documentation and that proper warranty procedures have been followed.
13. Conduct periodical audits to ensure the process & procedures are followed and train the mployees.
14. Generate audit reports and prepare counter measures.
15. Seamless communication with customers on Quality, Damage, Repair standards and Damage report sharing.
16. Perform reporting and analyses results.
17. Communicates status and exceptions to the supply chain personnel.

Attendance Management:
Implement and manage time and attendance system.
Administer timekeeping software and hardware.
Monitor and record contractual employees working hours, overtime, and absents.
Ensure compliance with policies and relevant labour laws.
Generate accurate and timely attendance reports for payroll processing of contract manpower.
Prepare the wage calculation based on attendance of manpower suppliers and submit correct salary invoices to the Head office of contract manpower.
Statutory Compliances:
Maintaining all the legal documents and registers at Branch Sites.
Liaison with the OEM to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered on time.
Handling all statutory compliance for CLRA, Factory, PF, ESIC, CNV, Bonus, etc.
Periodical review of the applicability of various Labour Laws to comply.
Manage records for Challans, Returns, Registers, License and Registration on a regular basis.
Lead for compliance audit conducted by internal and external auditors and ensure closure of observations and findings.
Contract Labour Management:
Manpower planning & Need identification based on business growth plan.
Recruitment of manpower & ensure their Inductions, Joining, life cycle & Exit Formalities.
Effectively resolved all employee relations issues and addressed concerns.
Making sure all contract manpower are aware of policies.
Employee Engagement and Training:
Plan and organize events, activities, and initiatives to boost employee morale.
Coordinate celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition events.
Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills.
