1. -Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the hospital, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
2. Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
3. Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and attract candidates.
4. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
5. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to promote the hospital as an employer of choice.
6. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the recruitment process outsourcing, as needed.
7. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators, analyze recruitment trends, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.
9. Mentor and coach junior recruitment staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development and performance improvement.
