Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
Set sales objectives, establish sales forecasts, and develop action plans to drive sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, EPC contractors and end-users.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote products, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales activities to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers for valves products.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and other relevant documentation for management review.
Monitor sales performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure timely product delivery, resolve customer issues, and support marketing initiatives.
Industry and Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, Competition and emerging technologies related to valves.
Provide market intelligence and insights to the management team to support business decision-making.
Requisite Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree in
Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in the valves industry, with a focus on direct customer acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of valve products, applications, and industry standards.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
The results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to travel extensively.

10. Represent KITES at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a
strong presence and identify partnership opportunities.
11. Stay informed about industry regulations, healthcare policies, and compliance standards to
ensure business practices align with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
– 15 yrs + experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry,
preferably in a hospital setting.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry
trends.
