Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and their online behavior
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance
Track and analyze competitors’ digital marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that have delivered measurable results
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus

• Manage multiple PPC Campaigns and accounts under our V-Tech Group of Businesses
• Building and maintaining good healthy relationships with our Marketing team
• Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies
• Constantly look at how we can improve our current PPC campaigns to improve cost per conversion, the number of conversions, clicks and more.
• Create and execute new PPC campaigns
• Constantly monitor the performance of our websites and make recommendations for improvement to help also contribute towards PPC results
• Work with our web team to develop optimised websites
• Look closely at PPC reports and data to analyse our efforts and advise on ways to improve going forward
• Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve PPC
• Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in PPC efforts
• Use digital analytics and marketing skills to transform our company’s online presence
• Solid knowledge of online client acquisition, transformation, and performance marketing
• Extensive familiarity with website analytics technologies such as Google Analytics
• Fix technical PPC issues that may occur
• Manage Performance Max and Search campaigns within our Google Ads campaign
• Arrange regular meetings with Google specialists to keep up to date with new emerging trends, algorithms and be able to take from them any advice needed to better our PPC campaigns
• Generate weekly PPC reports to share with the Marketing team so the team can understand how much we are spending on each campaign every week and the results we have got from that expense
• Send monthly Google Ads invoices over to the Head of Marketing and the Accounts team
• Support the Marketing department with any other tasks that may be needed of you to help support the team
• Research competitor PPC and see how we can utilise this information to our advantage
• Get involved in the digital aspects of Marketing to help improve our digital presence overall
• Advise our web team on how PPC landing pages should be created the the best performance
• Work independently and ensure you can meet project deadlines
