Responsibilities
Bookkeeping in Accounting Software
Should have knowledge on Zoho Books / Quickbooks
Should have worked on Tally Software
Basic knowledge of GST returns
Basic knowledge of TDS returns
Handling Employee Payroll and Challans through existing software
Maintaining MIS
Preparing outward remittance requests and coordinating with Chartered accountants & banks
Sending reminders to clients for receivables
Responsible for overall accounting of the company
Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations including GST, TDS etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience working in a company is must

As the Job Location is close to Punjab should understand and
speak Punjabi(Preferably), Hindi and English
