Responsibilities :-
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budget and requirements. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation.
Source and manage vendors, suppliers and subcontractors necessary for event execution. Negotiate contracts, review proposals and ensure vendors meet quality and
budgetary standards.
Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual equipment and other technical requirements.
Lead a team of event coordinators, assistants, and volunteers to ensure seamless event execution. Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members
throughout the planning and implementation process.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on event progress, address concerns and solicit feedback. Build and nurture strong client relationships
to foster repeat business and referrals.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits and
insurance coverage for events.
Oversee event setup, execution and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during
events promptly and effectively.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and reconcile accounts to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and
optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Qualification & Skills Desired :-
1 Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
2 Strong event management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
3 Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors and team members
4 Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
5 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for clients and attendees
6 Modern tech fluency, including the ability to present online, manage responsibilities using a smartphone and laptop, use various communication platforms and
leverage MS Office
7 Flexibility to travel and work on evenings, weekends and holidays as required for events.
