He/She is required to create visual concepts to communicate information, ideas or messages through their designs. He/She needs to select and arrange design elements to create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences for print, web, or multimedia that are functional and pleasant
Description
• Create the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements for Emagazine and Social Media posts
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements for all days of the week
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
• Making posters for social media, magazine, website and internal requirements
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs. Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
• Ensure completion of the Emagazine on time
• Collate and prepare graphics, pictures and videos for all company websites
• Make graphics and pictures for Magazine, Articles and Social Media

Qualification & Skills Desired
1 Any Graduate
2 Certificate / Diploma Course in Graphic Design
3 Use various tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, to create unique style of images
4 Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
5 Communicate well and work methodically as part of a team
Experience Desired
1 Minimum 2 years in similar responsibility
2 Understanding of the product based websites and design

• Creating innovations and additional properties for increasing revenue
• Working with editorial team to increase the presence of the magazine

• Responsible for product promotions, Vendor Alliances, Agency Tie-ups etc.
• To add more clients on board. Ensure a deep penetration across the tech and digital world.

Qualification & Skills Desired
1 Minimum Graduate preferably MBA with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. Good Academic record.
2 Ability to attract maximum advertisement for the website and E-magazine
3 Knowledge of selling on technical platforms, websites with a proven track record.
4 Excellent Communication, presentation and convincing skills. A very high degree of optimism and a winning attitude is required.
Experience Desired
