Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Technical Support professional located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
The Software Technical Support professional will be
responsible for troubleshooting
analyzing technical problems experienced by our customers.
They will also be responsible for addressing customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality customer support.
You will be providing support mostly over emails / IM / phone calls. Maximum via emails. It is not typical online chat support.
