sellers and buyers. Real estate Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing

Job Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate
solution.
Sourcing of Channel Partners signing them up to generate business for the firm.
Sourcing Clients from market areas and industrial parks though various activities.
Developing marketing sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
Meet personal sourcing targets on monthly basis.
Concentrate on effective networking methods to reach potential CPs
Compiling daily channel partner visits and update the same into the system
Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
Identify good channel partner in the market, connect on regular basis and promote our projects
to them
Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation
services through the data base.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Maintain highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer
appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
Establish and maintained good relations with all clients
Convince clients for Site Visit.
Aggressively follow up for site visits.
Follow up post-site visit for feedback.
Network with customers.
Regularly follow up for bookings.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

5. Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry. This experience should demonstrate a track record of success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous.
6. Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field: A graduation degree in a related discipline such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field is required. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand financial concepts and effectively serve clients in the financial services industry.
7. Salary Range: The salary for this position is competitive and will be in the range of Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month, commensurate with the candidates experience and knowledge in the financial services industry.
8. Incentive Structure: In addition to the base salary, eligible candidates will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on meeting or exceeding sales targets. The incentive structure will be performance-driven, rewarding individuals for their contributions to revenue generation and client acquisition.
