Job Description
– Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development with direct sales to Industry with main Emphasis on technical knowledge of Industrial Lubricants and its applications.
– Managing Direct Sales to Industry.
– Managing Payment with the Customers.
– Sales achievement and Fixing target of distributors
– Doing secondary sales in industries with distributor team, distributor area mapping etc.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Development of Direct Industry Sales in Above Area
1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company research.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
3. He will do surveys and find out the industrial customer base. Meet these customers individually and then finalize these for a particular territory.
4. Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain the company business model to the Industries regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.
5. He should have technical knowledge of Industrial Applications as well as Industrial lubricants specially Soluble Cutting Oils as per his experience.
6. He should have experience in Complaint Handling in Industrial applications and Lubricants.
Other Requirements:
1. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
