Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS calculations, returns filing, and compliance.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
Assist in the finalization of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and other financial statements.
Prepare and organize audit-related documents and liaise with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (TallyPrime preferred).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts.
Working knowledge of audit documentation and processes.
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in [Industry Type – e.g., construction, builders, developers and Civil, etc.].
Knowledge of other accounting tools or ERP systems is a plus.
