Position : International Sales Manager for Latin America
Location : Gurgaon
CTC : 12 la pa to 15 lac pa
Experience : 5-7 Years
Regional Focus : Latin America
About Role : This is a Sales role, international travel is involved according to company’s requirement.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
– Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with companies sales plan
– Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders
– Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business
– Actively working with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence
– Support Partners, Principals, and other stakeholders in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate
– Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
– Searching and qualifying opportunities with markets currently not served by the firm
– Experience and knowledge of import export
– Follow up with customers to understand the satisfaction level with regards to a product and services delivered
– Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization
– Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team
Required Qualification and Skills :
– Ability to actively participate in the proposal and Statement of Work creation process
– Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking
– Prior experience leveraging social media technologies for networking purposes
– Excellent influence and negotiation skills; strong executive presence and business acumen.
– Must be motivated and self-disciplined; must possess strong time management skills.
– Master of Email and Telephonic Etiquettes
– Excellent computer and internet skills
– Must have B1 B2 visa
Preferred Qualifications:
– Proficiency in English and Spanish Language – Speaking, Writing and Reading
– Should have worked for Latin American geographies
– Active network of Decision maker level contacts in the Latin America and the surrounding markets
– Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
– Prior experience in developing relationships with Agricultural equipment dealers

Business Development Executive – BDE
Location – Indorte
Salary Slab – 2.5 to 3.0 Lakh/Annum
Profit share – 1-2 percent of profit on quarterly basis
Responsibility
1- To meet & Liaoning with officers.
2- Coordinate with Food safety department, state and District.
3- Follow-up with officers for work order.
4- Meeting with Clients along with Field executive for Sales closing, big deal.
5- Take reporting from field executive and forward to Marketing head.
6- Review and approve the team leader & field executive expense as per Field expense
policy of company.
7- 15-20 days’ field tour with team leader and field executive in a month.
8- Fulfill monthly Sales Targets.
9- To provide the input for creating the sales stagey to Marketing head.
10- Take weekly and Monthly sales review meeting with their territory.
11- Make a plan to expand the business in new territory.
12- Attend the monthly or weekly meeting as per Instruction of Marketing head.
13- Daily reporting to Marketing head.
14- To make and provide the weekly/Monthly working plan to Marketing head and
same to take from team leader.
15- Coordinate with operation team for fixing the Training and Audit date.
16- Make a team as per requirement.
Requirement and Skill of BDE –
1- Graduation in any stream, MBA is Preferred.
2- Minimum 1 Year Sales experiences
3- Good Communication skill, Fluency in English & Local language.
4- Should have own laptop, able to write a professional email, well knowledge of
Computer like MS, WORD, EXCEL.
5- Ready to relocate in Capital of State.
6- Ready for tour, 20-25 days in a month.
7- Age below 30
