Job Responsibilities
/ KRAs
To Lead a team of 12 Engineers/Asst Managers/Team Leads.
Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to
drive growth and achieve all targets for end users.
To identify potential customers, create a marketing strategy to
reach customers, assure them of your products, negotiate with
customers, and close orders.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands
company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing
recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of
sales representatives.
Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying
capital equipment.
Experience of conceptual based sales not the catalogue sales.
Responsible for achieving the sales/billing targets set by the
organization.
Responsible for products/spares sales of MTP (M/c Tool Products)
to OEM & End users.
Responsible for recruitment & training of his sub-ordinates.
Establish & maintain sales process & ensure the achievement of
desired output.
Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers/stake
holders & colleagues.
Co-ordinate with Design, Production, QC/QA, Customer support
team to ensure the smooth flow of information & On Time Delivery.
Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of
enquiry to collection of final payment.

1.Plan V/s Achieved — Sales/Billing for the month/year.
2.No.of New customers acquisition — for every Quarter.
3. To collect payments on time.
4 Strike rate of enquiry v/s quotation.& Quotation v/s Orders.
Travel required – Yes — Min.15 to 20 days in a month all over India

Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Will be responsible to handle outbound calls from the prospective customers and convert them into confirmed client.
– Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure and achieve sales targets.
