Job Summary
• Computer Skills: Sheet metal workers by using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and building information modeling (BIM) software by drawing and sketches .
• Dexterity/: Should be able to understand / grasp the exact need / demand of the client and drag that into paper .
• Strength: Extra Smart / Upto the date knowledge about the software to furbish the client exact need .
Experience
• Proficient in Solid Works
• 1-3 years drafting experience
• Sheet metal experience a plus .
• AutoCAD experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
• Create SolidWorks models / assemblies / drawings from hand sketches
• Create CNC files from SolidWorks
• Able to do 2 D /3D modeling using Autocad – “Inventor” or Solidworks
• Working in sheet metal design
• Hands-on mechanical prototyping a plus point.

Job Responsibilities
• plan a production schedule for the whole plant
• implement and control the systematic production schedule
• Daily review and adjust the schedule as per the requirement .
• determine the material resources required
• Ability to make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Ability to work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ability to set product quality standards and maintain it throughout .
• Ability to monitor quality standards of products
• Ability to prepare and maintain production reports
• Ability to manage Plant manpower & make necessary changes when required with consent of Management .
Education and Experience
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques—Air Conditioning / Sheet metal / Mechanical line / Manufacturing
• knowledge of quality systems and standards
• knowledge of machines and tools
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group
