Admin / Accountant
(Responsible for admin and accounts)
Offered salary: INR 15,000 – 18,000
Requirements:
§ Preferably Female candidate of max age range 30 years (Males are also welcome)
§ Must have at least bachelor’s degree in commerce. Master’s in commerce is a plus.
§ Must have Tally working knowledge
§ Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin and accounts.
§ Must have good knowledge of invoicing with GST
§ Good speaking / written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
§ Must have good email communication, PC and system skills
§ Must be Familiar in MS office packages like Excel, word etc…
§ Energetic and efficient
Responsibilities:
· Handle company’s Admin and sales coordination functions
· Handle customer enquiries, orders and follow up payments
· Invoicing / billing with GST– Tally and Manual invoicing
· Email communication with vendors and customers.
· Monitor and update company’s own e-commerce website
· Monitor and update third party e-commerce portals like Nykaa.com, Tatacliq.com & Myntra
· Handle and process orders in the above e-commerce platforms
· Shipment booking and follow up for pickup and delivery
· Co-ordination with warehouse for order processing, goods inward and outward and stock reports
· Assist in B2B sales
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and banks statements
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Entries of purchases, expenses, and stock in Tally
· Provide sales, stock and purchase and expense reports to Management and Chartered Accountant
· Handle Petty cash
· Prepare statements of accounts and follow up for receivable payments
· Assist in GST filing and TDS filing.
· Assist in vendor registration with new buyers and follow ups.
· Any other responsibilities as required
