- Own program delivery and coordinate to create the best in class learning experience of the enrolments.
- Organising and making schedules of multiple cohort-based mentorship programs for participants.
- Maintaining records for every participant and moderation of speaker sessions.
- Keeping a check on participants performance, various program trackers and managing discussions. Ensuring task checking and giving constructive feedback to the participants.
