Job Description:
• Coordinate with the Field sales marketing executives, Customers, Sr.
Leadership and Management teams
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Pre-sales and Sales & Marketing functions
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Leadership in preparing monthly sales plan for the region
• Coordinate with the regional teams to facilitate on daily sales activities
• Communicate effectively and efficiently and ensuring smooth interactions between the HO and the Regional teams
• Highly analytical and process oriented, excellent communication and team handling skills
• Excellent Market / competitor analytical skills
• Preparing and collating the Daily weekly monthly quarterly reviews and report from field Sales and Marketing teams
• Assist in preparing the Monthly forecast on sales for the region
• Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with the regional Sales teams for closure.
• Monitor sales data and keep up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs which include customer queries and complaints.
• Regular engagagement with the customers for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Responsible in preparation of Sales reports for sales reporting across all regions to sr. Leadership and management
• Managing customer relationships across all the regions
• Handling escalations from the existing clients and ensure smooth closures from customer satisfaction perspective
• Good Skills on Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word with Strong Verbal and Written Communication
