Being Automation Engineer, you will beresponsible to–
01. To write the complete program of Industrial Controller like (PLC, HMI, Servo, SCADA, VFD, Control Panel and other controllers).
02. Responsible to handle given programming task while co ordinating with Project Manager.
03. Develop the program while conducting the electrical troubleshooting of Industrial controller, Control Panel, Wiring, etc
04. Work in a team and independently to troubleshoot real time programming errors in the ladder logic.
05. On-site support includes Program Execution, Electrical installation, Guidanceto customer & online commissioning,
06. Project execution (mainly based on Pro-face, Delta, Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens) &verification of process.
07. Ensure the Customer Satisfaction.
08. Respond quickly to customer calls.

Job Description
Requirements:
* Good knowledge in Windows System Administration, installation, configuration, tune, maintain
and monitor windows servers (2003, 2008 / R2, 2012 / R2, 2016, 2019)
* Knowledge in Linux & Mac operating systems
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Provide and manage Windows server administration, within an AD environment. Good
knowledge of Active Directory, AD components, AD Roles & Functions. Hands on experience
of applying Group Policies
* Good knowledge in different server roles (Web Servers (IIS), DHCP servers, DNS, Remote
Desktop services, FSMO, SCCM, SMTP)
* Work experience in client-side operating systems – Win7, Win8, Win10 is must
* Product installation, Upgrades and Patch Management
* Strong fundamentals in networking, IT infrastructure and related technologies
* Hands on experiencing in Networking, Routing and or Switching
* Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting and
problem resolution
* Good knowledge about different VPN technologies
* Knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy servers
* Basic understanding of IPTables, TLS, SSL
* Knowledge about security software such as DLP, firewalls (End point security are add-on)
* Good Communication skills
Responsibility:
* Providing customer delight
* Offering excellent technical support experience to customers
* Good listener to customer, provide on time deliveries.
* Attending tickets and emails (Proactively involvement in escalations and make sure customer
commitments are met)
* Make sure support deliveries are under defined TATs and SLAs
* Involve appropriate authorities when escalations are required·
* Coordinate with Sr. System Administrators, SME (Subject Matter Expertise)
* Cross-functional team discussions (QA – Quality Analysts, Security Analysts, Development
team) – Ontime internal escalations
* Adapt and implement new technologies related to Zero trust network & Virtualization verticals
* Implementation and Configuration of Products on Cloud Technologies and On-prem
virtualization environment
* Provide solution documents, KB articles, Incident/Preliminary analysis Document & RCAs
* Reproduce customer issues and if required, analyze the root cause; check and verify any viable
solutions available other than development – such as creating scripts, simple solutions etc…

Person specification
Knowledge and Experience
• Customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment
•
A track record of working towards and achieving KPI’s
• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as part of a team
•
Experience of inputting customer information into data systems
Understanding the requirement for confidentiality and maintenance of files in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other legal requirements (s)
• Ideally experience of transport or logistics in a customer service environment would be an advantage
• Experience of making outbound and dealing with inbound calls.
Skills and abilities
• The post holder to be an efficient administrator with good communication, listening organisational and accuracy skills in a busy environment.
• The role requires high level of detail consciousness and someone who is keen to ensure all operational procedures are followed
Ability to work without direct supervision independently or as part of a team, prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands in an organised and methodical manner (s)
