Position: International Sales Manager for Middle East
Location : Gurgaon
CTC : 12 la pa to 15 lac pa
Experience : 5-10 Years
Regional Focus: Middle East
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
– Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with company’s sales plan
– Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders
– Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business
Actively working with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence
– Support Partners, Principals, and other stakeholders in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate
– Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
– Searching and qualifying opportunities with markets currently not served by the firm
– Experience and knowledge of import export
– Follow up with customers to understand the satisfaction level with regards to a product and services delivered
– Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization
– Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team
Required Qualification and Skills:
– Ability to actively participate in the proposal and Statement of Work creation process
– Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking
– Prior experience leveraging social media technologies for networking purposes
– Excellent influence and negotiation skills; strong executive presence and business acumen.
– Must be motivated and self-disciplined; must possess strong time management skills.
– Master of Email and Telephonic Etiquettes
– Excellent computer and internet skills
– Must have B1 B2 visa
Preferred Qualifications:
– Proficiency in English and Language – Speaking, Writing and Reading
– Arabic (Optional)
– Must have worked for Middle East geographies
– Active network of Decision maker level contacts in the Middle East and the surrounding markets
– Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
– Prior experience in developing relationships with Agricultural equipment dealers
