Must have good Tally working knowledge
Must have good knowledge of invoicing with GST and KFC (Kerala flood Cess)
Good speaking / written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
Must be Familiar in MS office packages like Excel, word etc…

Responsibilities 

Manage all accounting transactions

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Audit financial transactions and documents

· reconciling bank statements

· Entries of purchases, expenses and stock in Tally

· Tally and Manual Invoicing with GST and KFC percentage

· Provide sales, stock and purchase and expense reports to Management and Chartered Accountant

· Handle Petty cash

· Prepare statements of accounts and follow up for receivable payments

· Monitor and handle vendor payments and utility bills.

· Assist chartered accountant in GST filing and other accounting functions.

· Co-ordination with warehouse for goods inward and outward stock and reports

· Assist in vendor registration with new buyers and follow ups.

· Email communication with vendors and customers.

· Maintain staff files and payroll

· Any other responsibilities as required
