Job Description

The candidate shall be responsible for Ortho Portfolio in terms of preparation of marketing mix, design and implementation of successful marketing strategies, scanning of market for identification & expansion into various therapies, The jobholder will support the sales head in achieving the budgeted targets and market shares by sustaining high volume brands, developing a strong portfolio of second line brands ensuring higher evolution indices and profitability.

Responsibilities:

·         Development/ Usage of communication strategy & tools

·         Explore/ Identify potential market segments & new frontiers

·         Liaison with supply chain department to ensure availability of stocks as per billing plans

·         Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc

·         Interaction & Negotiation with customers directly through customer visits

·         Review on effectiveness of strategies, tools etc

·         Feedback from internal customers (employees, line managers etc.)

·         Interaction with sales colleagues (phone calls, personal interaction, meetings etc)

·         Travel to locations to oversee implementation of marketing programs

·         Key customer Development (CRM activities)

·         Formulation & Execution of Products/Therapies Promotion & Marketing Strategies & Budget:

Skills:  

• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control. • Preparation Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note through ERP Software. • Executing all Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). • Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software. • Maintain store stock register and Assets stock register. • Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement. • Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables. • Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock. • Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.• Ensure completion of store operational requirements. • Look after Inventory management and control. • Ensure availability of optimum stock and carry out monthly stock reconciliation. • Monitoring slow and non-moving stock and taking proper action.• Responsible for accurate and timely management of store operations. • Liaising with Statutory & Internal Auditors • Timely submission of Reports.• Maintaining 5S and FIFO in all the areas. • Must have 4 -5 years of relevant experience of Store Incharge in any manufacturing industry. • Graduation in any stream, Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage• Knowledge in Tally ERP 9.0 is an added advantage• Raw material planning and subcontracting.
