Job Description
· Communicate effectively with financial advisors, marketing staff and services team for decision.
· Understand client’s needs and advice based on financial objectives.
· Build and maintain client base, keeping current client plans up-to-date.
· Maintain constant engagement with clients to optimize investment opportunies.
Maintain a database of all research information with conclusions and recommendations.
· Acquiring new clients & managing the relationship for their investments in mutual funds.
· Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and Providing them investment options
· Preferably 6 months to 2 years work experience candidate with Good Knowledge in Stock Market & Mutual Funds.

Responsibility

3- Follow-up with officers for work orders.

5- Take reporting from the field executive and forward to the Marketing head.
6- Review and approve the team leader & field executive expense as per Field expense policy of the company.
7- 15-20 days’ field tour with team leader and field executive in a month.
8- Fulfill monthly Sales Targets.
9- To provide the input for creating the sales strategy to the Marketing head.
10- Take weekly and Monthly sales review meetings in their territory.
11- Make a plan to expand the business in new territory.
12- Attend the monthly or weekly meeting as per Instruction of Marketing head.
13- Daily reporting to the Marketing head.
14- To make and provide the weekly/Monthly working plan to Marketing head and same to take from team leader.
15- Coordinate with operation team for fixing the Training and Audit date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
LAB1. Check Compound list for the day for testing
2. Collect sample of compounds from mixing team
3. Check the testing equipment’s basis the checklist
4. Test the compounds
a. Rheo Test
b. Visco Test
5. Save the result and analyze and take appropriate action basis the result (pass / fail)
6. Do hardness test for pass sample and take appropriate action basis the result (pass / fail)
7. All compounds to be tested same day when received from the mixing team
8. Pass / Fail compounds to be placed on the defined racks
9. Report any issues with respect to testing machines or other testing inputs to the reporting
manager
10. Do slab testing as per the plan
11. Maintain 5S for your function
12. Incoming inspection of raw material issued in compounding
13. Check and Verify supplier Test Certificate received along with the compounds
