Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success.
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
- Lead or support the CEO Office team in framing high-priority business issues including strategic opportunities and important business problems.
- Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects, developing recommendation for management team regarding organization scaling and growth strategy .
- Act as a PMO for high-priority initiatives – mobilizing and coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency & success.

- Own program delivery and coordinate to create the best in class learning experience of the enrolments.
- Organising and making schedules of multiple cohort-based mentorship programs for participants.
- Maintaining records for every participant and moderation of speaker sessions.
- Keeping a check on participants performance, various program trackers and managing discussions. Ensuring task checking and giving constructive feedback to the participants.
- Ideation for program quality improvement and coordinating with Core team.
- Addressing participants queries on time and working to enhance their learning experience.
- Reach out to quality speakers for sessions.
- Actively working to maintain and brainstorm strategies to boost participation rate.

* Release testing of WLAN solutions (automated and manual) and Log Analysis
* Setting up test beds and other required provision for testing of AP products.
* Expertise on Test plan creation, test bed design and implementation, familiarity with preparing functional and system test plans.
* Bug reporting and follow up activities to resolve the bugs
* Work with the development team for debugging and recreating the bugs
* Tools : Ixia, OmniPeak, Wireshark, Test Frameworks
