KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Preparation of Financial Models for Term Loan, Feasibility Report for CAPEX and RESCO Projects.
Analyzing the sources and application of funds.
Approaching new lenders for term loan/construction finance/LAP facilities and preparing presentations, project & group
level data, debt position of the company and other data as required to close the deal.
Coordinating for disbursements, repayments for existing lenders.
Working on non-fund based limit (Bank Guarantee).
Working with Internal & external auditor for streamlining operating procedures, internal compliances, MIS and reports for
business intelligence.
Preparation of Monthly Compliance reports for Investors.
Closely working with Business Development team & responsible for due diligence process including legal, valuation &
compliance aspects.
Compliances with Banks & Relationship management with lenders.
Treasury management.
Cost controls on interest rate, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills to solve issues and communicate with banking personnel at all levels.
Setting up ongoing communication with banks to tailor financial objectives and strategies.
Analyze the company’s financial outlooks & develop strategies that can increase the net worth and facilitate the business
operations.
Maintain strong banking relationships to ensure better interest rates, loan structures & better rates on deposits.
Analyze borrowing capacity and interest rates ahead of time for future business.
Developing strategies for elimination of financial risk.
Proficient with banking regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee and manage team, sub-contractors for the installation of solar power projects / EPC projects.
Will be responsible for site visits to supervise the progress of work, safety, speed of execution and quality of work.
Obtaining permission and interconnection approval processes, including interfacing with all relevant stakeholders
and officials.
Manage commercial, contractual, regulatory, and compliance obligations of operating assets, in compliance with all
project agreements.
Liaison with Nodal agency/ DISOCM / respective local govt. officials for project development / implementation/
successful completion of project, billing, payment collection and closing of project.
Must have thorough technical knowledge of Solar & Transmission and distribution system and execution of large
scale solar plants. The candidate will be responsible for understanding scope of work, tracking solar installation
leading projects teams and meeting project deadlines.
Execute and manage projects across PAN India.
Keep track of project status, billing, and payment collection.
Manage expenses of team members.
Preparation of MIS reports.

Job Description:
Designation – Asset Management, Operation & Maintenance – Solar Projects
Qualification : BE / Diploma with 1 year Experience in similar profile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide operations support through remote monitoring of Distributed Solar projects and
coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
Regular monitoring and inspection of Solar plants virtually & physically as required.
Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
Responsible for inspection , maintenance and repair of solar PV systems , Identifies problems
and develops corrective action plans & spare parts availability repair
Responds to emergency call outs Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed
at Solar parks / roof top / sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer)
requirements and warranties
Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and
materials expended on work orders.
Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims.
Responsible for generating Production / MIS reports, log reports etc.
Responsible for generating schedules of PM activities and mobilize the manpower accordingly
across the fleet of solar plants.
Sales of Asset management Services
Machine breakdown analysis, action plan execution reliability improvement from Electrical
knowledge.
Responsibility for energy initiation, waste reduction, documentation.
To ensure consultation and participation of workmen wherever required and follow bottom up
approach wherever required.
Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on – site
installation , repair , maintenance , oversight , and modifications as required
Work directly with client personnel, as directed, third – party vendors to support project
component (trackers, inverters, balance of plant equipment) installation, commissioning, testing,
troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status , and constructive feedback to
supervisor as requested.
Communicate effectively with Client and third – party vendors and actively participate in meeting
reviews to provide technical feedback of field operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and associated periodic meetings.
Support and oversee component manufacturing and all involved processes from raw material and
parts procurement to onsite delivery.
