Purpose of this position
1. Engage with potential leads among chronic care patients through home visits
2. Put forward propositions for the Company program and convert leads to program
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
1. Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
2. Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main
program
3. High conversion levels of leads
4. Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company
generated leads
5. Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer
Participation in sales promotion activities
Day to Day responsibilities:-
1. To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned Visit as per committed
appointment
2. Ensure deliveries are affected for reorders where sales appointments for the main program have been
fixed
3. Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through
outbound calling, visiting the leads as per appointment, and converting these additional leads
Competencies / Skills:-
1. Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
2. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent customer orientation
5. Ability and willingness to travel local

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for arranging all MICE operations and RFP preparation, working with the
sales manager/representative to promote our services and increase sales, performing data analysis, and
engaging in quality assurance as well as customer service activities. The ideal candidate will fully understand both the company and departmental goals and assist the
manager in achieving them. Responsibilities also include destination research, developing ideas to
increase business, and creating promotional ideas to expose our product and services to clients. It also
requires selling preferred carriers and other preferred vendors. Essential Functions:
-Conduct overall group operations including proposal preparation, manifest creation, cost management, and air and land arrangements. -Conduct thorough financial management for MICE operations to maximize revenue. -Arrangement of airline reservations, hotels, and other travel related arrangements for MICE customers. -Look for every opportunity to sell TCC preferred carriers, hotel and other preferred vendors to
maximize commission revenue. -Serve as tour escort as needed. -Plan and conduct site inspections for potential venues for MICE business. -Assist Sales Manager with sales activities and operations. -Effectively utilize marketing & sales resources.
.-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. -Participate in outbound group/incentive sales strategy and outreach
-Develop marketing and promotional materials to promote Rudra Group of Companies. -Conduct additional business tasks/special projects in addition to above essential functions as needed. Qualifications:
-College degree preferred
-MICE operation experience
-Travel industry operation background is helpful -Computer & PC literate with working knowledge of Excel -Proficient in communication with a wide range of people
