Job Description:
· Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
· To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants
· Willing to grow career in sales field
· Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
· In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
· Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
· Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
· Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

SEO:
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
Track, report, and analyze website analytics
SEM:
Execute SEM experiments & tests, collect and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
SMM:
Design and execute social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
Create engaging social media content, graphics, video and marketing copy.
Collect customer insights and analyze interactions and visits, create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
