JOB DESCRIPTION: –

Designation –   Project Engineer
Qualification : BE / Diploma with 1 year Experience in similar profile.
Position : 3 Nos.
Location : Mumbai , 
Salary : 3-5 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Experience in solar projects
 Conduct engineering site survey to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of
residential or commercial solar power systems.
 Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) including system components, for residential and commercial
buildings.
 Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.
 Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy
systems or components.
 Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system
commissioning, or performance monitoring.
  Experience in erection, installation and commissioning in PV power projects &conducting electrical work
inspections.
 System & Component Failure Investigations / Root Cause Analysis.
 Understanding and designing in AutoCAD and coordinating with the installation team.
 To provide an up-to-date daily status report of site. Day to day management and execution of site, monitoring the
workers and the work of contractor.
 Coordination with vendors. Keeping record of Material and manpower.
 Should have good Communication and coordination skills and knowledge of Email, MS Excel, word, Power Point
working.
 Comfortable in traveling, required to travel & stay at various Work Location.
 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Job Responsibilities –
Welcome & direct customers
Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products within the store
Ensure display & VM are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Service our Loyalty Program Clients
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/servicesPresent and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

* Responsible for Sales of world leading Hardware / Software, other products through channels in a particular territory

* Achievement of sales targets for each product category within the territory cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner.

* Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training.

* Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory

* Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels

* Presenting Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails

* Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team

* Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Company’s Procedure

* You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale Desired Candidate Profile:

* Exp in IT Sales or AMC Marketing / Business Development in India.

* Ability to identify new business opportunities using hit wise / relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.

* Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

* Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet client’s needs.
