Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct of the Feasibility:
a. Reviews and understands the available study details like protocol, protocol synopsis for
the conduct of the feasibility.
b. Identifies the potential investigators to be contacted for the conduct of the feasibility.
c. Attend the teleconferences with the hospital, doctor/Global team to understand their
potential for the study.
d. Prepares and obtains the signed Confidentiality Agreements as required.
e. Contacts sponsor to discuss the unavailable study details required by the Investigators
f. Creates study budgets and works with management to determine financial feasibility
and resources necessary to conduct the trial
g. Reviews, collates and analyses the feedback received from the Investigators and
prepares the reports.
h. Forwards the report in detail to the feasibility requestor(sponsor) as desired.
i. Prepares the telephonic contact reports as desired.
j. Files the filled in questionnaire, relevant correspondence and related documents and
updates the contact list.
k. Updates the Investigator's database on a regular basis.
l. Updates and maintains the soft copy of the feasibility folder on an ongoing basis as
required.
m. Reports regularly to the relevant parties involved, informed about the status of the
feasibility at all the stages.
n. Identifies issues and arranges for resolutions by relevant personnel.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of clinical research process, including working knowledge of all functional areas of
clinical research and medical terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is MUST to express complex ideas to study personnel
at research and clinical institutions.
Demonstrated ability to form strong functional relationships.
Excellent presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels of staff to
coordinate/execute study activities.
Ability to reason independently and recommend specific solutions in clinical settings.
Knowledge of current GCP/ICH guidelines applicable to the conduct of clinical research.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive use of desktop to perform the activities
Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
Regular sitting for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities: –
Defining community management & building strategy
Responsible for setting up new community assets and deriving engagement.
Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
Setup and execute events in the various regional communities to build community and boost brand awareness.
Establish Partnerships with content creators/influencers to broaden engagement with the community.
Brand and influencer engagement – related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote brand.
Developing the community strategy- from building the brand identity to onboarding members offline and online, you’ll have to think about multiple personas.
Creating the content roadmap for knowledge sharing, live sessions, and other engagement activities.
Manage customer engagement and queries in a timely manner.
Plan and launch referral campaigns.
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
Track and provide metrics for all brand social media channels and influencer marketing efforts, provide weekly and monthly analytics and implement necessary changes for optimization.
Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management.
Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders
