Key Responsibilities: –
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP TRM implementations and support engagements across global clients.
Design and implement hedge management cockpits, supporting both SELL-to-BUY and BUY-to-SELL scenarios.
Configure and support derivative instruments including futures, forwards, and options in SAP. Conduct risk management reporting, including Exposure, MtM (Mark-to-Market), PnL, and Trader’s position. Manage integration of SAP with external market data providers such as Platts, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and ICE/CME. Develop and audit CPE/CPF pricing formulas for physical contracts and commodity pricing models. Perform broker portal integration, trade lifecycle automation, and reconciliation.
Support financial instrument compliance under IFRS and local GAAP.
Required Skills & Experience: –
5-10 years of core experience in SAP TRM, with specialization in Derivatives and Risk Management.
Strong hands-on configuration of hedge management, financial derivatives, and integration with SAP modules like GTM, SD, MM, CPE, CPF, and TSW.
Deep understanding of commodity and financial risk management in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Metals, and Derivatives. Proficient in integrating market data feeds and automated pricing engines. Experience with tools like Bloomberg, ICE, CME Group, and Thomson Reuters. Familiarity with Activate methodology and agile project management.

Key Responsibilities: –
Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IS Oil & Gas solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW), and Transportation & Distribution (TD).
Drive process improvements and provide solution recommendations based on deep industry knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FI, and PM for integrated solutions. Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Conduct workshops, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications: –
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on IS Oil & Gas.
Must have worked on at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of at least two of the following: TSW, HPM, TD, RFNO, SSR. Ability to handle client-facing roles, lead discussions, and drive solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus. Nice to Have: – Exposure to SAP Commodity Management (CM) or integration with third-party logistics solutions.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting related to Oil & Gas. SAP Certification in IS Oil & Gas modules
