Job Description:

The objective of the role

§  Represent the company well when dealing with clients.
§  Maintain confidentiality at all times.
§  Ensuring a smooth client experience and lifecycle & ensure a high level of customer success.
§  point of contact for internal & external clients.
§  Quick in resolving the issues of the clients.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining end-to-end client relationships to make their work better & to help them network, and collaborate.                                                    

Execute the complete closure, sign up formalities (onboarding) & offboarding formalities                                                                                  

Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to promote loyalty & renewals and minimize churn.                                                                          

Strategic alliance partnerships.                                                                               Arranging the Events, networking & engagement programs for clients.

Skills and qualifications

§  Experience with client handling.  
§  Upsell & cross-sell to the existing clients.

Graduate
Good written & verbal communication.
