Job Responsibilities
Overseas freight forwarding experience by air and sea, specifically more in imports, Good communication skills etc.
● Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives
● Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and workers to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground
● Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground campaigns;
● Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
● Coordinate with various internal teams of Strelema including digital media, data analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims
● Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions, travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork
● People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions
● Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes mostly preferred MBA graduates.
● 1 – 2 years of work experience in top organizations
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports
Skills
● Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of stakeholders
● Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders
● Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player

What we expect
Experience in all HR activities that includes payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and exit formalities etc.
Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook,
performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisements.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal
interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background
verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of
employees’ attendance/absenteeism.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance
policies
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
