Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
1. Process Knowledge & Product Knowledge( Rubber / Rubber Mixing & Testing/Acceleration Process)
2. QC Tools
3. Root Cause Analysis
Generic: Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Part Layout Inspection, Handling of instruments – 3D CMM, Profile Projector, Rheometer, Mooney viscometer, Rubber testing equipment, MSA Calibration.
2. Manage the shift schedule as per business requirement.
3. Product/Process Inspection.
4. To prepare and monitor the plan for layout, Batch testing ( online & offline )
5. Knowledge about rubber mixing process & measuring equipment’s.
6. Preparation of MIS & Manage Quarantine area.
7. Knowledge of standard room lab with sheet metal & rubber mixing.

4. Assist in the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
5. Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
6. Assist the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.

and ensure compliance.
2. Create, Define & Implementation of QMS.
3. Managing & ensuring adherence to quality assurance programs in the organization and
suggesting improvements for achieving the targets.
4. Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
5. Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from
quality concerns in new customer contracts.
6. Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer
requirements and audits.
