Responsibilities and Duties
1. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
2. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
3. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
4. Ensuring project deadlines are met.
5. Determining project changes.
6. Undertaking project tasks as required.
7. Developing project strategies.
8. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
9. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
10. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
11. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
12. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
13. Handle or Coordinate with Team.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
# Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
# Must have worked on #PHP, #WORDPRESS & different E-commerce platforms like #Shopify,* #Magento*, #BigCommerce etc.
# Good knowledge of MVC Framework such as laravel,cake PHP, etc would be an Plus
# Must have good sense of UX/UI Design architecture.
# Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
# Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
# Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
# Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
# Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. etc
