Job Description:
Train the Sales Team and Distributor team on products, processes and soft skills.
There would be more of on-the-job training and less of classroom training
Complete management of the MIS and monitoring the productivity of the audience.
Extensive travelling would be required as the person would be in charge of 2 to 4 states
Qualification:
Experience in both sales and training especially in route training.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in training.c. Should be good in content development
