Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire operations in Housekeeping department.
2. To achieve high degree of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous & efficient
service to all residents.
3. Responsible for maintaining records pertaining to H.K.
4. Shall be responsible to supervise the team and handle the overall functions of
Housekeeping including public areas.
5. Prepare the duty roaster
6 .Ensure all equipment & furniture are maintained, & kept in good working condition.
7. Responsible for training and grooming of all the HK employees
8. Responds quickly to guest requests & complaints.
9. Monitor the cleaning material and machinery used.
10.Prepare deployment schedule of HK staff.
11.Prepare various check lists as per the area.
12. Attend all housekeeping related client complaint directly and after taking action personally
to give feedback.
13. Inventory / Stores management of HK consumables.
14. Maintenance of HK equipment & machinery.
15 Must have abilities to communicate effectively. Must have professional
appearance and attitude. Must be customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience
− Relevant experience of 2-3 years in residential real estate is preferred
− Proven track record with a reputed developer, brokerage house is desirable
− Work experience at insurance, pharma, car, FMCG sales are welcome
− Ability to plan and work with limited supervision
− Ambition to learn, earn & excel §
− Knowledge of MIS, CRM and proficiency in the use of MS Office
− Basic knowledge of loan & financing
− Excellent written & oral communication skills §

− Milestone/periodic Billing to the customer as per the construction milestone
− Responsible for maintaining quick turnaround time for documents like issuance
− Allotment, Registration of AFS & ATC
− Responsible for a timely solution to document related Complaints. §
− Require adhering to all the SOPs
− Coordination with all stakeholders and facilitate them with various MIS reports. § Support/coordinate with sales team to resolve any queries of customers with
− respect to records, system, documentation
− Reconciliation of payment entries
− Bank tie-ups.
Key Skills:-
