Key Responsibilities :-
− Should have experience in an auto motive Industry or engineering industry
− Knowledge on machines like lathe, turning, milling etc..
− Knowledge of CNC machines turning and milling, operations and programming
− Able to handle 30 to 40 workmen in a shift
− Production planning to meet 100% production
− Able to read drawings and execute the work as per the drawings
− Preparation of SOPs for each machine
− Knowledge of TQM, TPM ISO 9001:2015
− Knowledge of handling instruments
− In process quality check
− Establishing KAIZEN and suggestions.
− Knowledge of Auto Cad
− Should be familiar with MS Office and able to prepare statements in Excel.
− Good communication skills. Should able to speak in English and Hindi apart from Telugu.
