2. MARKETING
a. Develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management
plan for Badminton Brand.
b. Develop and maintain guidelines, systems and tools to ensure strong brand
consistency across multiple platforms
c. Ensure consistency of all advertising, promotions and communication across
platforms.
d. Manage selection, ordering and distribution of informational and promotional
materials.
e. Maintain branding and communications components of the POS system.
f. Develop all in-store signage programs, ensuring consistency of programs and
messaging. Assist in coordinating in-store special events.
g. Develop and build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players,
agencies and vendors.
h. Perform other tasks assigned by M.D.
Required Skills-
-Should be Badminton Player or Associated with the badminton game at any
level
-Knowledge of Badminton Game and Racquets
-Must have good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
-Willing to Travel PAN India

-Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
-Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate,
increasing dwell time or improving conversion
-Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
-Fix any errors or bugs in online content
-Write copy for email marketing campaigns
-Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure
the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments
in mobile marketing
Required Skills-
-Updated with current SEO & SMO trends and updates.
