Job Description Automation Tester
Create tests in the automation test suite
Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.
Review/Write all testing documents and other test-related documentation.
Implementation of the overall testing strategy
Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of
products.
Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.
Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.
Run functional and non-functional tests.
Write requirements and create scenarios for performance testing.
Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Provide estimates for test activities
Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases
maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
Have the drive to become an expert in:
o Unit testing
o UX Testing
o UI Testing
o Integration testing of APIs
o Performance and scalability testing
o Security Penetration Testing
